Welcome to CN Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

Restrictions

• Do not reverse‑engineer, modify, or decompile any part of the App.
• Do not copy, distribute, or resell the App or its content.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. Subscriptions & In‑App Purchases

Some features of the App may be available through auto‑renewable subscriptions or other in‑app purchases.

Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the purchase flow and may vary by region. Taxes or exchange fees may apply depending on your location and App Store settings. Where a monthly equivalent is presented, the total billed amount and billing period are displayed most prominently, with any calculated equivalent shown in a subordinate size and position.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, code, and other materials within the App are the exclusive property of CN Studio or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

5. User Content & Conduct

If the App allows you to submit, create, or share content (such as drawings, photos, or gameplay recordings), you retain ownership of your content but grant CN Studio a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and promote that content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the App.

You agree not to upload or share content that violates laws or rights of others, contains nudity, hate speech, or harmful material, or could harm the reputation or security of other users or CN Studio.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s operation, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CN Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
